Who we are
This platform is run by Expertivity Technologies LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, of 3 Newtown Terrace, Norwalk, CT 06851, USA. You can contact us about privacy at support@structuredcollaboration.com.
When your organisation invites you to take a diagnostic, your organisation decides who takes part and how the results are used. We run the diagnostic on its behalf. For questions about how your organisation uses its results, contact your organisation's administrator.
What we collect
| Information | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name and email address | To create your account and send you sign-in links and invitations |
| Your organisation's name, country and sector | To set up your organisation's account and group anonymised benchmarks |
| Your unit, management level and function | To group results. Groups are shown only when they contain at least 3 people |
| Your answers, including answers looking back at the start and any deep-dive answers | To produce your own result and your organisation's combined results |
| How often your organisation revisits its canvas | To calculate the Agility Score |
| When you joined, started and submitted a diagnostic | To run measurement rounds and show progress over time |
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religion or political views.
If your organisation orders a diagnostic through our shop at alexmcdonnell.com, the shop also keeps a record of the order: the name, email address, company and country of the person who placed it. We use it to set up your organisation's account and as our record of the order.
Who sees your answers
- You see your own answers and result.
- Your organisation's administrators see combined results only. They cannot see how any individual answered.
- A unit, management level or function is shown only when it contains at least 3 people. Smaller groups are combined, so that nobody's answers can be worked out from the totals.
- Administrators can see who has joined, with their name, email, unit, level and function, and, once a round has closed, whether each person took part in it. They never see anyone's answers.
- We can access the data to run and support the platform, and only for that purpose.
Anonymised benchmarks
We may combine results from many organisations into anonymised benchmarks, for example average scores by sector. Benchmarks never identify a person or an organisation, and never include a group of fewer than 3 organisations.
Written reviews of results
If your organisation's administrator turns it on, we provide a written review of each round's combined results, drafted by an AI model from Anthropic. Only the combined figures that appear in your organisation's report are sent to Anthropic for this: never names, email addresses or individual answers, and never a group of fewer than 3 people. Anthropic processes these figures on our behalf and does not use data sent through its commercial service to train its models. Anthropic is based in the United States.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is essential for the site to work and lasts up to 30 days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored by our hosting provider, Hostinger, on servers in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this is a transfer outside your region. We rely on the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum in Hostinger's data processing agreement to protect it.
Sign-in and invitation emails are sent through Hostinger's email service.
How long we keep it
We keep your organisation's data while it uses the platform, and for five years after its last activity, so that later measurement rounds can be compared with earlier ones. After that, the platform deletes it automatically. Anonymised benchmarks already created from it are kept, because they cannot identify anyone. Your organisation's administrator can delete all of its data sooner, at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to how it is used. Where we act for your organisation, we will pass your request to it and help it respond.
To make a request, email support@structuredcollaboration.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and date them.
